The First Nations Investment Forum is a leader in advancing economic opportunities for and with Indigenous communities and industry. This forum brings together decision-makers from across Indigenous leadership, financial institutions, private sector investors, and government to engage in meaningful dialogue and move toward long-term partnerships.

We invite Indigenous Nations, business leaders, project developers, investment experts, and economic development organizations to submit proposals for project presentations. This premier event will spotlight high-quality, investment-ready opportunities that aim to deliver strong financial returns and foster sustainable prosperity.

This forum is not just about discussion—it’s a results-driven platform where real investment opportunities are presented, evaluated, and pursued. Selected presenters will gain access to an exclusive audience of Indigenous governments, development corporations, institutional investors, and government representatives committed to partnership and impact

SHOWCASE YOUR INVESTMENT-READY PROJECT

PRESENT TO A NATIONAL AUDIENCE OF CAPITAL PARTNERS

The First Nations Investment Forum (FNIF 2025) is now accepting presenter submissions from Indigenous-led projects and proponents seeking investment, equity partners, or strategic collaboration. As part of this landmark event, dedicated project showcase sessions and capital matchmaking opportunities will give proponents a unique platform to connect with institutional investors, Indigenous development corporations, government funders, and private sector partners.

A concise, engaging title.

ABSTRACT (250-500 words)

A summary outlining:

  • Type of investment opportunity.
  • Project scope and financial structure.
  • Expected financial returns, including projected IRR, ROI, and cash flow (refer to figures in the business plan document).
  • Level of investment required.
  • Targeted investors (Indigenous, private sector, government, financial institutions, etc.)
  • Unique value proposition and economic impact.

PRESENTER INFORMATION:

  • Name, title, and organization.
  • Contact details (email, phone).
  • Short bio (100-200 words), including relevant investment experience.

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

  • Pitch deck or executive summary.
  • Business case or feasibility study highlights.

SUBMISSION GUIDLINES

PRESENTATION FORMAT

  • Presentations should be 15-20 minutes long.
  • A PowerPoint presentation is required for all selected speakers.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Submissions will be evaluated based on the following: 

  • Investment Viability – Strength and feasibility of the opportunity.
  • Alignment with Indigenous Interests – Potential benefits for Indigenous communities.
  • Financial Return & Stability – Sustainable revenue generation and equity growth.
  • Innovation & Impact – Uniqueness and market potential.
  • Quality of Submission – Clarity, completeness, and supporting documentation.
