FRANK RICHTER

Frank leads the team that has made a concept for increasing access to capital for Indigenous Financial Institutions (IFIs) and the Indigenous businesses they finance, a reality. Drawing on more than 10 years of experience in financial and public sectors as well as in-depth, data-driven analysis, Frank engaged with senior teams from BDC and the Government of Canada to structure and build the IGF as an institutional-grade fund. He completed both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees focusing on business, finance, and economic policy.
